Aerobic exercises help build endurance and stamina. Cool down exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Movements can be performed standing or seated; adaptable for all levels of mobility.

    Namaste! Lift your spirits and lower your stress levels as you achieve the physical and mental benefits of Hatha yoga. Enjoy simple, easy to follow movements in a soothing atmosphere. Yoga postures improve every part of the body; stretching and toning muscles and improving flexibility of the spine and joints. Improve balance, range of motion and strength, while keeping the mind active and alert. Chair friendly for those with limited mobility.
