Temple Seeks Resident Opinions in Community Survey
Online survey will be open until February 26th
TEMPLE, TX (February 3, 2020) – In order to continue providing the best government services and quality of life for our citizens, the City of Temple is asking residents to provide feedback by participating in The National Community Survey™. The survey, available to the public until February 26th, is designed to provide a baseline of how the city government is serving residents, to gauge perceptions of the City, and to make comparisons with peer cities.
“Our city’s vision is to make Temple a place you love to call home,” said City Manager Brynn Myers. “I encourage everyone living in Temple to take the survey, because the results will help us to chart our community’s future path. We want as much feedback as possible in order to improve delivery of services, determine important budget priorities and strengthen communications with our residents and stakeholders.”
As part of the 2020 Strategic Plan, the City of Temple committed to asking residents for regular feedback by conducting citizen surveys. The survey is available online at bit.ly/2020telltemple, and all residents of Temple are eligible to participate. For those who may have received The National Community Survey™ by mail, the City of Temple asks you to complete that version or use the link provided in your survey packet.
