"Moving Meditation" provides health benefits of stress reduction, mental alertness and increased energy. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese exercise, promotes vitality, balance and strength. In addition, it can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Each class concludes with a meditative period. This on-going class is adaptable for all levels of mobility.
