Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00-7:00pm
Ride with an amped-up group of fellow classmates and a team of Mad-Dogg certified instructors to push you to your cycling limits! Burn those calories and improve your cardiovascular stamina while toning the full body.
Wednesday and Friday at 10:45-11:45am
Tone your body, organize your mind and crush the stress in your life with yoga. Both dynamic yoga practices cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. It aids in building confidence and assists you in staying present and centered.
