JOYfit Cardio Dance Instructor
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30-10:30am
JOYfit is a cardio-dance fitness program designed to engage the body and soul. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy-to-learn movements designed for beginners and fitness-enthusiasts, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment.
Monday at 10:45-11:45am
Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm - 7pm
Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am - 12pm
Tone your body, organize your mind and crush the stress in your life with Lauren's Vinyasa Yoga! Her dynamic practices cultivate presence by connecting movement with breathing. This aides in building confidence and assisting you in staying present and centered in your life.
