“As a NASM certified personal trainer, my philosophy includes a holistic approach that incorporates all five components of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory function, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility. I also believe that proper nutrition has a vital role in overall health and fitness; which is why I chose to specialize in fitness nutrition.
As a wife and mother of two little ones, I understand how difficult it is to find time to work out; given my own experience – I recognize common fitness obstacles. I provide the flexibility of evening training so working professionals and stay-at-home parents have the opportunity for personalized training. I am passionate about getting results and aspire to design enjoyable experiences that encourage a healthier lifestyle.”

“After playing collegiate basketball and earning a mathematics degree at Texas Woman’s University, I married my husband and had three boys. While attending a gym to lose those post pregnancy pounds, I was introduced to TRX and was immediately hooked! Despite never teaching a group fitness class, I attended the TRX Suspension Training Course in 2011 and the rest is history. I have been teaching and training in different settings ever since. I am both a certified personal trainer, and I hold a top level TRX certification as a TEAM Certified Coach. As an ambassador of TRX, I live by the TRX motto of ‘Making Your Body Your Machine!’ ”
Charles is certified through the Physical Fitness Trainer Association (PFTA) in Round Rock, Texas. Charles has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 4 years. He was a collegiate athlete for 2 years. Charles maintained master fitness levels while serving 7 years in the military. He also works as a juvenile drill instructor. He specializes in speed and strength training, weight loss, increased mass, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and nutrition analysis. Charles enjoys training motivated and committed individuals for bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and bikini competitions.
