Goals and objectives
· Implement mandatory direct deposit program for all new employees and encourage direct deposit for all existing employees.
· Capitalize on athletic and recreational assets. (J-2-j)
· Develop Growth Management Plan and funding for the City. (Q-2-c) Maintain and build fund balance to fund pay-as-you-go projects
· Analyze feasibility of Freeport exemption and competitive necessity for different and reasonable incentives to promote economic development.
· Assist in maintaining water and sewer rates that will allow significant replacement of the City's infrastructure.
