The bids will be opened at the times and dates shown below in each individual project description. The City of Temple reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.

The City does not mail the Invitations to Bid. You are invited to come by our office and pick up a copy, or call and provide us with an express mail provider account number.

Please note that construction bids are not available through the DemandStar system due to design professionals’ law regarding the use of electronic seals and signatures. These type of bids require that a non-refundable fee be received by the City of Temple before the plans and specifications may be sent out.
