Taijutsu for Adults 2018-09-17T18:45:00Unlike most Martial Arts, training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo is conducted in a friendly and non competitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together assisting each other in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement, rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition or previous martial art experience. Class format is monthly sessions and meets weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays).
