Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

This circle of friends, with loving hands and hearts, meets once a week to create beautiful, handmade, crocheted items which are then donated to local nursing homes, children's hospitals and hospice centers. Bring your own crochet hooks, Yarn is supplied, but donations are always welcomed.
