    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands are also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  3. Circle of Friends Crochet Group

    Get hooked! Whether you are a seasoned crocheter or just want to learn, join in the skein of things! This circle of friends, with loving hands and hearts, meets once a week to create beautiful, handmade, crocheted items which are then donated to local nursing homes, children's hospitals and hospice centers. Bring your own crochet hooks, Yarn is supplied, but donations are always welcomed.

  1. Cooking Camp

    August 15, 2018, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Gober Party House

    Sauté, simmer, slice, bake, and blend to create delicious foods! Campers will create an assortment of dishes and desserts, as well as learn all about cooking safety and reading recipes. Space is extremely limited - only 12 campers per session! August 13th session will be Brunch & Breakfast Dishes. Pre-Registration Required.
