Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  5. Tai Chi for Better Health

    This ancient Chinese exercise promotes, vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise movements, Tai Chi can help curtain arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Each class concludes with a meditative period. This ongoing class is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has practiced this exercise form for over 25 years.

  1. Summer Skate Camp

    It’s going to be a rollin’ good time at the 2017 Summer Skate Camp! It’s fitness and fun rolled into one. Qualified instructors will teach skaters how to safely and properly skate in a fun, friendly way. Daily activities will include skating lessons, crafts, group games, snacks, and recreational skating. Skate rental is included if needed.
