Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Try your hand at something new this summer...literally! Calligraphy is a delight to the eye and an inspiration to the spirit. The lost art of beautiful writing is making a comeback, yet no artistic talent is required; just the desire to do something fun and unique. The Italic Lettering style, using a broad-edged pen, will be taught by a local school art teacher who is also an active member of two calligraphy guilds. All necessary supplies will be provided on the first day of class.

This ancient Chinese exercise promotes, vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise movements, Tai Chi can help curtain arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. Each class concludes with a meditative period. This ongoing class is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has practiced this exercise form for over 25 years.

TOT is an educational and physical program for young children that is sure to bring some fun for your little one this summer. Children must be completely potty trained.
