Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

It’s time to get messy with paper mache! This a great opportunity to get creative and messy, resulting in an amazing paper mache masterpiece. This is a 2-part class: Part 1 will be the paper mache crafting session. All materials provided. Wear play clothes to this very hands-on class. The projects will dry overnight and Part 2 will be decorating.
