    When a woman learns self-defense skills, it reduces her chances of being a victim of violent crime. Learn to use Tae Kwon Do as a mean of self-defense while also getting in a good work out. By the end of the 6 week, 6 class session participants will have more self confidence and a positive mental attitude. Instructor: Bill Smith.

    It is very important for a child to have a great relationship with their dog. This class will teach your child how to safely interact and train their dog. This is a four part class. Participants will learn bite prevention, how make a handmade toy for their pet, and a few dog tricks. Proof of vaccinations must be provided at the first class. Puppies must be 4 months or older.
