  1. Women's Self Defense

    January 14, 6:30 PM - February 25, 7:15 PM @ Kennedy Powell- Gym

    When a woman learns self-defense skills, it reduces her chances of being a victim of violent crime. Learn to use Tae Kwon Do as a mean of self-defense while also getting in a good work out. By the end of the 6 week, 6 class session participants will have more self confidence and a positive mental attitude. Instructor: Bill Smith.

  1. Sporty Shorties

    February 19, 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM @ Wilson Park Recreation Center

    Do you have a little athlete that is too young to participate in league sports? In this program your little athlete will be introduced to various sports with a focus on skill building, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. In January the focus will be soccer- Lil’ Kickers, February will feature baseball-Lil’ Sluggers and March will be basketball-Lil’ Shooters. Sign up for all three sessions and receive a Sporty Shorties t-shirt!

  2. Kids and Kanines

    February 19, 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM @ Gober Party House

    It is very important for a child to have a great relationship with their dog. This class will teach your child how to safely interact and train their dog. This is a four part class. Participants will learn bite prevention, how make a handmade toy for their pet, and a few dog tricks. Proof of vaccinations must be provided at the first class. Puppies must be 4 months or older.
