    When a woman learns self-defense skills, it reduces her chances of being a victim of violent crime. Learn to use Tae Kwon Do as a mean of self-defense while also getting in a good work out. By the end of the 6 week, 6 class session participants will have more self confidence and a positive mental attitude. Instructor: Bill Smith.

    February 14, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Cougar Boxing Gym

    You do not have to be a professional to use boxing as a form of fitness. Hop into the ring for a fast, fun, high energy, and challenging workout. You can use a boxing workout to let out a day or even a weeks’ worth of stress or aggression. The upside to that is that it’s channeled into positive energy. You will leave the ring feeling released of stress and tension and more fit than when you started. Join us for this all women’s 6 week fitness program. Class meets once per week.
