    January 14, 6:30 PM - February 25, 7:15 PM @ Kennedy Powell- Gym

    When a woman learns self-defense skills, it reduces her chances of being a victim of violent crime. Learn to use Tae Kwon Do as a mean of self-defense while also getting in a good work out. By the end of the 6 week, 6 class session participants will have more self confidence and a positive mental attitude. Instructor: Bill Smith.

  2. Boxing Babes

    January 31, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Cougar Boxing Gym

    You do not have to be a professional to use boxing as a form of fitness. Hop into the ring for a fast, fun, high energy, and challenging workout. You can use a boxing workout to let out a day or even a weeks’ worth of stress or aggression. The upside to that is that it’s channeled into positive energy. You will leave the ring feeling released of stress and tension and more fit than when you started. Join us for this all women’s 6 week fitness program. Class meets once per week. Youth Programs

  1. Teams of Tomorrow

    January 31, 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM @ Gober Party House

    Your child will be introduced to the basics of basketball handling skills as well as building on the foundation of their early learning. Children will have a Shine Time Performance in May at the completion of the program. Througout the program children will earn a TOT t-shirt, sweatband, trophy, and many other fun prizes. Participants must complete the 5 month training program to participate in Shine Time. A $30 registration fee is due to instructor at the first class.

    Are you tired of sitting to the side and watching everyone else dance? Well, sit no more! Get up and show off your new dance moves. Each class participants will learn some basic dances like the swing, country 2-step, the fox trot as well as freshen up on a couple of lines dances like the cupid shuffle and electric slide This is a parent/child interactive class. These are dances you can use at the upcoming Father Daughter Dance or Mom Prom.
