Adult Programs

  1. Rally Dog Obedience Training

    Rally Obedience is a continuation of basic dog obedience training. Behaviors learned in this course are real-world challenges and can be instrumental in getting owners and pets out of difficult situations. This is another fun way to enhance your relationship with your pet, while furthering their training. Rally Obedience is also a competition event within AKC venues. This course is open to puppies 6 months or older who have completed a basic dog obedience course. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations and be on a leash. Please bring shot records to first class.

  1. Temple Transcontinental Art Fair

    August 27, 2016 - August 28, 2016 @ Santa Fe Gardens

    On Saturday and Sunday August 27 and 28 the Museum will present the First Annual Transcontinental Art Fair with over 35 of Texas’s best artists. Other entertainment includes antique cars, live music from local bands, food trucks like Louisiana Catfish and Chicken, Hands Off My Funnel Cake, Fire Street Pizza, Snofellas, and children’s arts and craft table. Astro Jump from Waco will have five incredible inflatable youth rides including a mechanical bull, Raging Rapids wet slide, Demon Wet Obstacle course, a three stories tall 90 feet long water slide called the Slip & Dip, Amazon Zip Line, and Zoo Adventures, as well as face painting and airbrush Tattoos. Fair times will be Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. Admission to the fair is free.
