  1. Haunted Hayride

    October 25, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ Wilson Park Recreation Center

    6-10pm Enjoy this narrated Haunted Halloween Hayride, while rumbling down a trail inhabited by creepy characters and spooky scenes around Wilson Park. Face painting and concessions will also be available. Purchase your tickets in advance for $3 at Wilson Park Recreation Center and pick your ride time. Tickets sold at the door are $5 and do not guarantee a specific ride time.

  2. Tiny Tumblers

    October 27, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Thornton Elementary School Gym

    ome join in for a terrific time at Tiny Tumblers! Participants will jump, flip, and learn the basic movements of gymnastics. This class is designed to develop movement, flexibility, coordination and creativity using developmentally appropriate activities for beginner students.

  3. Youth Tae Kwon Do

    October 27, 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM @ Raye Allen Elementary School

    Tae Kwon Do is an ancient Martial Art that originated in Korea and is more than merely a physical activity. Tae Kwon Do for youth increases attention span, builds confidence, creates discipline, and develops respect and leadership skills. This is a 6-week, 12-class session. Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays.

    Tae Kwon Do is an ancient Martial Art that originated in Korea and is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise. Training in Tae Kwon Do is more than merely physical, it helps to develop self-confidence, discipline, and a positive attitude. Tae Kwon Do offers benefits to people of all ages. Gather the family and join Family Tae Kwon Do. This class meets twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays and the cost is per person.

    Love to Loom? We do too! Join us every Monday from 6-7:30pm for our Rainbow Loom Crew meet up. Bring your supplies and learn something new from your fellow Crew members. There is so much more you can do than just making bracelets, the possibilities are endless.

    Who doesn’t like messy, hands-on fun? This Halloween themed class will allow children to express themselves with lots of ooey, gooey fun. Please wear old clothes that can get messy! Parents are encouraged to participate.

    October 28, 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM @ Gober Party House

    Tap into your child’s creative potential by encouraging their curiosity with the Bricks 4 Kidz program. This is a hands-on class where students build machines, buildings, vehicles, and other structures out of LEGO bricks. Participants will also enhance their self-esteem, improve fine-motor skills, and learn important skills like organization and following directions.

  13. Positively Pink Girls Club

    October 29, 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM @ Gober Party House

    Join this GIRLS ONLY enrichment group! Participants will become more self confident and improve self esteem, while learning new skills in this non-threatening environment. This group will allow your daughters a safe and fun place to be girls and develop lasting friendships! Each week will feature different activities such as cooking, arts, crafts, jewelry making, etc. The club meets every Wednesday afternoon. Instructor: Starry Counseling and Parks & Leisure Staff.

  17. Little Ninjas

    October 30, 4:30 PM - 5:05 PM @ Gober Party House

    Tae Kwon Do is an ancient Martial Art that originated in Korea and is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise. Little Ninjas is for ages three to five and teaches the basics of Tae Kwon Do in a fun environment. Students learn basic moves that correspond with character building values such as respect and self-discipline. This is a 6-week session and classes meet every Thursday. Location: Gober Party House.   18. Fun Fridays

    October 31, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Gober Party House

    Fun Fridays will offer activities that children enjoy most: arts & crafts, games, songs, storytelling, and more. This program gives children the opportunity to grow and develop both socially and mentally while giving mom some “me time”. Children must be at least 3 years old and fully potty trained (no diapers or pull-ups allowed). Pre-registration is required.

  19. Kids Kraft: Halloween

    October 31, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM @ Blackmon Community Center

    Spiders, bats, pumpkins and more! Scare up some fun while making spooky Halloween crafts and enjoying snacks. Wear your favorite Halloween shirt and join the fun. Instructor: Terri Landeros.
