    Get fit and stay fit! Join our energetic instructor in this low-impact, core-strengthening program designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and range of motion. Experience a unique fitness program using light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout.

    Heel, toe, dosey-do--let's go boot scootin! Here is a chance to learn this perky line dance along with many other favorites in this energetic class. Enjoy great country tunes in a relaxed, fun environment. No partners necessary, no experience necessary.

    Improve your zest for life! Lift your spirits and lower your stress levels as you achieve physical and mental benefits from simple, functional and easy-to-follow movements in a soothing atmosphere. Improve your balance, range of motion, strength, flexibility and joint mobility, while keeping your mind active and alert. Chair-friendly for those with limited mobility. Led by certified senior yoga instructor Janelle Novosad.
