    This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. This course is adaptable to for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 years.
