    Start the day off right--get moving to some great oldies tunes! Join "KP" as she leads this popular exercise session designed especially for those who have mobility issues or difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercise, seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  2. Tai Chi for Better Health

    November 30, 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM @ 2220 W. Avenue D

    Enhance wellness of mind and body; this ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure, This course is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 25 years.
