This is an exciting new way to exercise and have fun through a fusion of high energy, motivation music, and dance that will introduce the world of Latin and International rhythms with easy to follow moves. Mother and daughters will move to the beats of Salsa, Merengue, Soca, Cumbia, Reggaeton, and Samba creating a festive combination of fitness, dance and fun. Instructor: Debbie Milland.
