Take that morning routine up a notch! Get your heart pumping and your oxygen flowing. Easy to follow, senior aerobics and fitness workout programs for active and senior adults ages 55 and over. Aerobic exercises help build endurance and stamina. Cool down exercise complete this well-rounded workout. Movements can be preformed standing or seated; adaptable for all levels of mobility.
