De-stress in 2018! Calm the mind and feel better. Meditation is taught in various forms and the ultimate result is to experience inner peace through a consistent meditation practice. In this introductory class students will practice meditation through breathing exercises, subtle body movements and sitting in silence. This class will help the student relax the nervous system, create mind power and settle an overactive mind to allow the body, mind and soul to function healthier and happier. This on-going course is adaptable for all levels of mobility.
