Celebrate Independence Day at the H-E-B All American Family Fun Fest on July 4th at Miller Park (1919 North 1st Street) in Temple. Enjoy plenty of family fun, food, live music, and of course a spectacular fireworks show!
“The All American Family Fun Fest event has become an annual patriotic tradition in Temple,” said Kevin Beavers, Director of Temple Parks and Leisure Services. We are very lucky to live in the United States and be able to celebrate our independence together as a community each year.
“We hope everybody makes plans to come to Miller Park early to enjoy the games, activities, food and concerts we have in store and stay late for the spectacular fireworks show,” said Special Events Coordinator, Holly Leiferman. 4:00 p.m. – Games, Activities, and Food: Inflatables, Face Painting, Splash Pad, Playground and More
6:00 p.m. – Opening Ceremonies: City of Temple Mayor Danny Dunn
6:30 p.m. – Live Music Begins on the Temple Mall Entertainment Stage featuring Jenna McDaniel and the Sloppy Joe Band
9:30 p.m. – Spectacular Fireworks Show
he H-E-B All American Family Fun Fest is free and open to the public. Limited parking will be available inside the park near the intersection of North 1st and West Virginia Avenue. Park guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets for viewing the fireworks show. As a reminder, there is a no smoking policy in all City of Temple parks.
