Bloomin Temple Festival

Friday, May 9

Join us for the biggest event of the spring -- the 2014 Bloomin‘ Festival in Temple, TX. Come enjoy live country music, a carnival, great food, a kids‘ zone featuring a petting zoo and pony rides. If you‘re feeling nostalgic and want to remember the good ol‘ days of middle school - we‘re building a multi-court dodgeball arena in the middle of the festival. Join a team and bring your game!

The Bloomin’ Temple Festival, one of Central Texas’ most popular annual events, show lineup has been announced! This year’s festival, presented by HEB, will be held on May 9th and 10th at 7th street and Avenue A.

The main stage will feature top country music performers on BOTH Friday and Saturday night. Friday night will be a trio of country performances, kicking off with Bri Bagwell followed by Bart Crow. The Friday night headliner will be none other than Texas Country superstar, Kevin Fowler. Performing new hits from his seventh studio album “How Country Are Ya?” set to be released in March, along with fan favorites like “Beer Bait and Ammo,” Fowler’s performance will be one to remember!

Saturday night will be jam packed with Country music. The night will kick off with local favorite, Kirk Baxley. Kirk Baxley performed and won last year’s local Texaco Country Showdown at the Bloomin’ Temple Festival. We’re excited to welcome Kirk Baxley on the main stage this year! Baxley will be followed by John Slaughter, Josh Grider, and Curtis Grimes. Closing out a huge night of country music will be Kyle Park. Park will be performing his latest hits from his new album “Beggin for More.” 2014 will be the largest lineup of country music ever at Bloomin’ Temple!

Is country music not your style? We’ve got you covered. We’ll have Tejano performances BOTH Friday and Saturday night on our second stage! The Tejano performances will be headlined by legend, Jay Perez. The Latin Grammy award nominated artist, has won practically every award for Tejano and Latin music, including “Best Vocalist” and “Best Entertainer.” Perez is a ten time Tejano Music award winner and is sure to blow the crowd away.
