    Join in for a day of winter play! Penguins are known for their black and white “outfit,” so come dressed like a penguin in your black and white clothes.     Feel the rhythm, feel the results! Enjoy the moves in this fun approach to fitness, weight loss and muscle toning! Zumba Gold uses upbeat music and cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic dance. The traditional Zumba formula is modified, adapting the dance moves and the pace to suit the needs of the active, older participants. With easy-to-follow moves and an invigorating, party-like atmosphere it is the perfect exercise program for all. Chair friendly for those with physical limitations.

  2. Tai Chi for Better Health

    This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength, and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. This monthly course is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has been practicing this exercise form for over 25 years.

    Tae Kwon Do is an ancient Martial Art that originated in Korea and is more than merely a physical activity. Tae Kwon Do for youth increases attention span, builds confidence, creates discipline all while developing respect and leadership skills. This is a 6-week, 12- class session.     Join this GIRLS-ONLY enrichment group! Participants will become more self confident and improve self esteem, while learning new skills in this non-threatening environment. This group allows your daughter a safe and fun place to be girls! They will develop new friendships and enjoy the time spent together. Each week will feature different activities such as cooking, arts, crafts, jewelry making, etc. The club meets every Wednesday afternoon.
